Lost Files and Bug

I had about 30 PDFs on the app when I updated, and they are gone now. Are they lost for good?

Also, I press and hold, but I cant get the paste option to appear in the browser search bar so I can paste a link from safari. This is a huge problem forme. Can it be fixed soon? I wont be able to give a higher rating till the paste function is available again.
